I know that DJs play vinyl records. Vinyl records are not sold in Nizhny Novgorod (the repertoire of the Melodiya store on Gorky Square does not suit me). Therefore, there is no point in buying vinyl players. I do not know that it is possible to play on CDs or on a computer. Therefore, I made cassette DJ equipment. I am starting to play on it. I use cassettes with recorded radio programs, i.e. I make mixes not from individual compositions, but from mixes - it sounds absurdly, but I had no other option.

Approximately 2003 year

I got a computer. Now I know that it is possible to play on a computer, but I am not tired of cassettes yet and I continue to play on them. But now the cassettes contain not mixes, but individual compositions - mp3 files downloaded from the Internet.

Approximately 2005 year

I created a computer program for mixing and moved from cassettes to the computer.

02 Instant Funk - I Got My Mind Made Up 1978
03 Roy Davis Jr. - About Love (DJ Ali Remix) 2001
04 Neon Heights - Listen To The Music (Magik Johnson Remix) 2003
05 Dano, Chus & Ceballos - Deep Architecture (Bass & Penn Remix) 2002
06 DJ Gregory - Damelo 2002
07 Monkey Bars - You Be Want Some Fun 2003
08 Morjac featuring Raz Conway - Stars 2003
09 Way Out West - Mindcircus (Phunk Investigation mix) 2001
10 Sound 5 - Summer 2002
11 Slyder - What Happens (Starecase Dub) 2002
12 Markus Schulz Presents Elevation - Clear Blue 2004
13 Planet Funk - Rosa Blue (Planet Funk Club Mix) 2002

Some of these compositions are no longer valuable to me.

There is one significant error in the mix: desynchronization when mixing the first and second compositions (the cheap tape transport mechanisms that I used in my players feed the cassette tape very unevenly).

In addition to the photos, I have a video of a TV show where I demonstrate this equipment. But I don’t want to show this video now - I’m saving it for the future. The thing is that when I published these photos on my then website in 2005, the site's traffic grew to several tens of thousands of visitors per day and remained at this level for several days. These photos and my person became the subject of discussion on the Internet for several days. It is possible that the video will also generate significant interest. I want to use this to draw attention to really important things - my computer programs: I will publish the video at the same time as the programs, and if many visitors come to the site to watch the video, then perhaps they will pay attention to the programs as well.
